THE BOOK that every person with back pain should own and READ!

This book should be read by any person with chronic low back pain or anyone interested in preventing its onset. As a physician that ran a major pain clinic in suburban Chicago, I feel that this book is a great tool in the management of chronic back pain. Please read it slowly and carefully and follow Ms. Lynders’ instructions to properly perform the exercises. She provides links to videos on her YouTube channel that will be of help if the reader has any questions about properly performing the exercises. I personally have benefited from this book as a person with a history of chronic low back pain and gifted copies to colleagues and friends.

Great guide to a better back!

So excited to have Christine share her proven techniques for dealing with lower back pain. As a career helicopter pilot – a profession notorious for producing back issues – I’ve struggled with back pain. A Kailua physical therapist is on a mission to help people with lower back pain.
